Soil Deposit & Removal Permits
If you are considering adding or removing soil to or from your property, you may be required to apply for and obtain a Soil Deposit/Removal Permit [PDF - 107 KB] from the Town. Soil Deposit and Removal Requirements are contained in Section 63 of Part 8, Division 1, of the Land Use Bylaw [PDF - 498 KB].
