Claim Your Home Owner Grant Online

Home Owner Grants can be claimed online through View Royal's website. For detailed instructions, please see How to Claim Your Home Owner Grant Online [PDF - 728 KB].

Provincial Home Owner Grants are available to Canadian citizens or landed immigrants who reside permanently in British Columbia. The Home Owner Grant is designed to help homeowners reduce their property taxes. To qualify for the grant you must occupy an eligible residence and it must be your primary residence.

**IMPORTANT: Please be advised that the Town of View Royal experienced technical difficulties with the Online Home Owner Grant between May 31^stand June 6^th. The issue has now been resolved. If you claimed your Home Owner Grant online between May 31^st and June 6^th and did not receive a confirmation of receipt your application did not go through. Please reclaim your Home Owner Grant.
