A webcast Public Hearing meeting to rezone the properties at 3, 5, 9 Helmcken Rd and 1449 Burnside Rd W will be held on June 16, 2020.
The proposal is to rezone the properties to CD-24: Burnside Helmcken Residential. The rezoning is consistent with the Mixed Residential (M-R) Land Use Designation within the Town’s Official Community Plan.
