Changes to Sewer Utility Invoicing System

The Town of View Royal is modernizing our sewer utility invoicing system!

With the new changes to the sewer utility invoicing system, you can:

  • sign up for electronic delivery of your sewer invoice;
  • check your account balance;
  • access historical information; and
  • manage your invoice delivery preferences online. 

Homeowners will receive a letter from the Town with details about what has changed and how you can set up access to your sewer utility account online. Please note: if you normally pay your sewer utility bill through your bank’s online payment services, your sewer utility account number has changed. Your new account number will be included in the letter.

Ready to start receiving your sewer user invoice electronically? Please click here and follow the instructions to register and link to your sewer utility account using your new account number and PIN number shown on your letter. Be sure to register before October 15, 2019 to receive your 2019 sewer user fee invoice electronically.

If you do not receive your sewer utility invoice (paper or electronic) by October 31st, please call the Finance Department at 250-708-2270 or email finance@viewroyal.ca.

Note: at this time, e-billing and the ability to view and print your bills is available for sewer utility accounts only. Property tax accounts will follow later in the year, so stay tuned!
