Bats, Bees, & Bushels - Earth Day in View Royal

Earth Day is Monday, April 22, 2024 bat the Town of View Royal will bee celebrating a little early by hosting a few activities at Welland Legacy Park on Saturday, April 20.

Join the Town of View Royal and LifeCycles Project for presentations and workshops on native pollinators, food environments, and supporting natural habitats. Consider bringing a notebook to this information packed event!

There will be draw prizes and light refreshments.

When: Saturday April 20, 2024 - 2pm to 5pm
2pm - Bat presentation by Habitat Acquisition Trust
3pm - Bee presentation by Linda, local apiarist
4pm - Pollinator Garden mini workshop by LifeCycles Project

Where: Welland Legacy Park - 1215 Stancil Lane
Parking is very limited. Please consider walking, biking, or taking a bus (route #22) to the park!
Please do not park at Strawberry Vale Community Hall.
