Town of View Royal Launches Update to Transportation Master Plan

We’re excited to share that the Town of View Royal is updating its Transportation Master Plan (TMP). This plan will help guide transportation improvements over the next 10 years, focusing on safety, accessibility, and better connections for walking, cycling, transit, and driving.

View Royal plays a unique role in the region, positioned between the fast-growing West Shore and Greater Victoria’s core. This central location brings both opportunities and challenges for residents, businesses, and commuters. The updated TMP will look at ways to improve safety, strengthen connections, and plan for the future as our region continues to grow.

Public input will play an important role in shaping this plan. While we’re just getting started, opportunities to get involved will begin this fall so stay tuned for details on how you can share your ideas and priorities.
