Learn more about what it means to serve as a trustee with the Greater Victoria School District No. 61 ahead of the 2026 local general election on October 17.
 
Two identical information sessions will be offered prior to the September 1 to 11 nomination period:
 
Dates: Tuesday, June 2 & Tuesday, August 25
Time: 6:30 to 8:00 pm
Location: SD61 Board Office, 556 Boleskine Road
 
Attendees will learn about trustee responsibilities, time commitments, eligibility requirements, the nomination process, recent electoral area changes, and the district’s strategic direction.
