Need Help Accessing the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey?

The Town is currently conducting its 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey in partnership with Leger, an independent research firm.
 
The Town has received reports that some residents have not received their survey postcard or have experienced difficulties accessing the survey. By now, all View Royal households should have received a postcard containing a unique PIN to access the survey online. The PIN helps ensure the survey remains statistically valid by providing secure access and preventing duplicate responses.
 
If you have not received your postcard, your PIN is not working, need an additional PIN for another member of your household, or would prefer to complete the survey by telephone, Leger is available to help.
 
Before contacting Leger, please ensure your PIN has been entered exactly as shown on your postcard. Even an extra space or incorrect number will prevent it from working.

The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help inform Council's strategic planning process following the October 17, 2026 Local General Election and guide future priorities, investments, and decision-making in View Royal.
 
As a thank you for participating, residents who complete the survey can enter a draw to win one $500 VISA gift card or one of five $100 VISA gift cards.
