Reminder: Complete the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey

There are just a few days left to participate in the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey.

If you have not yet completed the survey, we encourage you to take 10 to 15 minutes to share your feedback on Town services, quality of life, and future community priorities. The survey closes on Friday, July 31.

Every View Royal household was mailed a postcard containing a unique PIN to access the survey online. If you have not received your postcard, need an additional PIN for another member of your household, are experiencing difficulties accessing the survey, or would prefer to complete the survey by telephone, please contact Leger, the independent research firm administering the survey.

The survey is designed to be statistically valid, providing a representative picture of community views. Results will help inform Council’s strategic planning process following the October 17 Local General Election and guide future priorities, investments, and decision-making in View Royal.

As a thank you for participating, residents who complete the survey can enter a draw to win one $500 VISA gift card or one of five $100 VISA gift cards.
