Reminder: Complete the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey

The Town is reminding residents to complete the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey before it closes on July 8, 2026.
 
All View Royal households should have now received a postcard in the mail containing a unique PIN to access the survey online. The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and provides residents with an opportunity to share their experiences, priorities, and perspectives on municipal services and life in the community.
 
The survey is being administered by Leger, an independent research firm, and is designed to be statistically valid, providing a representative picture of community views. The results will help inform Council's strategic planning process following the October 17 Local General Election and guide future priorities, investments, and decision-making in View Royal.
 
As a thank you for participating, residents who complete the survey can enter a draw to win one $500 VISA gift card or one of five $100 VISA gift cards.
 
If you have not received your postcard, need an additional PIN for another member of your household, or would prefer a paper copy of the survey, please contact Leger.
