Town of View Royal Launching 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey

The Town of View Royal will soon be launching its 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey and is encouraging residents to take part.

In the coming weeks, every household in View Royal will receive a postcard in the mail with instructions on how to participate. Each postcard will include a unique access code that can be used to complete the survey online.

The survey will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete and will ask residents about their experiences with Town services, quality of life in the community, and priorities for the future.

The survey is being administered by Leger, an independent research firm, to ensure results are confidential and representative of the community.

Households that require a paper copy of the survey, did not receive a postcard by June 19, or would like an additional access code for another household member will be able to request one by contacting the Leger team.

This survey is your opportunity to provide input on Town services, quality of life, and future priorities. Results will help inform Council’s strategic planning process following the October municipal election.

Residents who complete the survey will also have the option to enter a draw to win one $500 gift card or one of five $100 gift cards.
