Special Committee of the Whole Meeting - Budget

The Special Committee of the Whole Budget meeting starts at 6:00pm to discuss the 2024-2028 Five Year Financial Plan including: budget introduction and overview, consideration of proposed non-core/capital items, presentation of service plans, and consideration of reserve transfers.

The meeting duration will vary according to the agenda. Committee of the Whole agendas are posted on the Friday prior to the meeting to Agendas, Minutes & Videos.

Meetings will be held in person in Council Chambers as well as virtually via Live Webcast.
