Information for View Royal residents and businesses about Canada Post service disruption
November 22, 2024
We would like to remind residents and businesses that while mail services are disrupted, residents and businesses continue to be responsible for paying sewer utility bills, business licence and type 2 secondary suite permit renewal fees, property taxes, municipal tickets, and other charges to the Town by the due date.
How do I learn more about:
- My sewer utility invoice
- My business licence renewal
- My type 2 secondary suite permit renewal
- My property taxes
- My municipal ticket
- Or any other invoice, licence, or payment to the Town?
What are my payment options?
- In Person at View Royal Town Hall – 45 View Royal Avenue, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
- Payment Drop Slot – There is a payment drop slot, for cheque payments only (no cash), located to the left of the front doors of Town Hall at 45 View Royal Avenue.
- At your bank – In person, online or telephone banking can be used to make payments for property taxes and sewer utility payments.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments for bills, licences, tickets, and other services can be made using various methods. Some fees and services can be paid with cash, debit cards, or personalized cheques made payable to the Town of View Royal. For others, payment by VISA or Mastercard may be accepted instead.
