Property Taxes
2024 property taxes were due on July 2, 2024.
A 10% penalty has been applied to any outstanding 2024 property tax balance, including any unclaimed Home Owner Grant amount, as of 12:01 am on July 3, 2024. Additionally, unpaid property taxes, sewer user fees, or CRD water invoice amounts will be transferred to arrears effective January 1, 2025, with daily interest accruing on overdue balances.
To avoid interest charges, please submit payment as soon as possible. Partial payments are accepted; interest will be calculated on outstanding balances only.
