Property Taxes
2026 property taxes are due on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
A 10% penalty will be applied to any outstanding 2026 property tax balance, including any unclaimed Home Owner Grant amount, as of 12:01 am on Friday, July 3, 2026.
To avoid interest charges, please submit payment as soon as possible. Partial payments are accepted; interest will be calculated on outstanding balances only.
Property tax notices should be issued the third week of May 2026. If you have not received your tax notice by the first week of June, please contact the Finance Department at finance@viewroyal.ca or 250-708-2270.
