The Addressing Bylaw regulates the addressing of lots and buildings within the Town of View Royal. It gives the Town of View Royal the ability to change the name of streets, to assign addresses to newly created lots, to permit address changes for public interest and safety, and to approve resident applications for address changes. It also identifies regulations for the correct and logical addressing of parcels, and requires that street addresses be clearly, correctly and legibly displayed by property owners.

The Board of Variance Bylaw constitutes a Board of Variance for the Town. The Board of Variance is an avenue for appeal on the interpretation and application of certain local government provisions and regulations such as the regulations for side yard setbacks in the Land Use Bylaw. The Building Bylaw sets out the administration of the building code. Building plans submitted to the Town's Building Inspector must comply with the Building Bylaw.

Business Licence Regulation Bylaw
The Business Licence Regulation Bylaw provides licensing and regulations for businesses operating within View Royal, and provides for issuance of intermunicipal business licences. Development Cost Charges Bylaw
The Development Cost Charges Bylaw imposes development cost charges in the case of a subdivision approval and/or issuance of a building permit.

The Development Procedures Bylaw establishes the application procedures for amendments to land use bylaws and contracts and the issuance of permits in relation to Development Permits, Development Variance Permits, and Rezoning.

The Fees and Charges Bylaw regulates the fees and charges of the Town of View Royal.
