A webcast Public Hearing meeting to rezone the property at 107 Cheltenham Street is scheduled for July 7, 2020.
The proposal is to rezone the property from R-1B: Detached Residential (Medium Lot) to R-1C: Detached Residential (Small Lot). The rezoning is consistent with the Residential (R) Land Use Designation within the Town’s Official Community Plan.
