Description:

The application proposes to vary the Sign Bylaw to:

  • increase the sign area for an under-canopy sign
    from 1m² to 9m² (Sign 1– EX-1);
  • increase the distance from the building face for under-canopy signs from 1.5m to 14.05m (Sign 1);
  • increase the height of the under-canopy sign from 0.5m to 3m (Sign 1 – EX-1);
  • increase the height of a under-canopy sign from 3.7m to 7.60m (Sign 1 – EX-1);
  • increase the sign area for a freestanding sign from 4m² to 5.6m² (Sign 2 – EX-3); 
  • increase the height of a wall sign from 4.5m to 5.90m  
    (Sign 3 – EX-6)

Description:

The application proposes to vary the Zoning Bylaw to:

  • increase the maximun accessory building length from 7.5m to 10.5m 

for a secure bike shelter for staff within the existing parking area at Victoria General Hospital.

Description: 

 The application proposes to vary the Zoning Bylaw to:
  • allow an accessory building within the front yard;
