Community Satisfaction & Engagement Survey

The Town of View Royal hired NRG Research Group (NRG) to carry out a statistically valid survey to seek input from citizens on Town services and priorities. From February 11 to 24, 2019, NRG called between 400-500 View Royal homes by random digit dialing, including cellphone-only households. The survey included a wide range of topics including key issues facing the community; importance of and satisfaction with municipal services; and communication needs. A link was also provided on the Town's website to allow residents to complete an online version of the survey.
