Community Satisfaction Survey
The Town of View Royal is conducting a Community Satisfaction Survey to better understand residents’ experiences, priorities, and perspectives on municipal services and life in the community.
The survey is being administered by Leger, an independent research firm, and is designed to be statistically valid, providing a representative picture of community views.
The survey provides a snapshot of how the Town is performing today and helps identify where improvements or changes may be needed in the future.
How to Participate
All households in View Royal will receive a postcard by traditional mail (not email) with a unique access code to complete the survey online. Residents can expect to receive a postcard beginning the week of June 8.
- The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes
- Each household will receive one access code
- Responses are confidential and managed by an independent research firm, Leger
Need Help Accessing the Survey?
If you have not received a postcard by June 19, need another access code for someone else in your household, or would prefer to complete a paper copy of the survey, you can request one from the Leger team. You can also visit Town Hall to pick up a paper survey.
Paper surveys will include a space to enter your access code to help ensure responses are counted accurately.
Why It Matters
Your feedback will directly inform Council’s strategic planning process, helping guide priorities, investments, and decision-making over the coming years.
The results will also help the Town:
- Understand what is working well
- Identify areas for improvement
- Track changes in community sentiment over time
